Victoria LaRose is the Head of Compliance Engineering for EnergyLink Decarbonization Solutions. Ms. LaRose is a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) and a Certified Energy Manager in training (CEM-IT). She currently serves as Head of Engineering for EnergyLink where she built a department dedicated to providing measurement and verification (M&V) services for performance contracting projects. Ms. LaRose provides M&V, project engineering & design and post-construction services in both of these roles.
Ms. LaRose has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and undergraduate experience at the Department of Energy’s Industrial Assessment Center, where she gained valuable insights into energy auditing and identifying energy efficiency opportunities in commercial and industrial facilities.
