ELDS provides pre-construction development capital before a project is permit ready at NTP. Our unique financing model allows projects to get off the ground without reaching the required status to access project financing from lenders. We provide capital that banks will not.

Pre-development capital
We are experts in assisting with the process of becoming permit ready and securing a NTP for project financing. We provide pre-development capital to ensure a project reaches status to access their pre-approved project financing and can also help secure additional project financing if required.
Underwriting
We provide risk analysis and underwriting for project finance. We can determine quickly if your offtaker is an investment-grade client and can advise on whether the project has a fair chance of securing funding.
Affiliate partnerships
ELDS is affiliated with TriCap Advisor Group, New American Energy, Climate Commodities International, and EnergyLink. Our partnerships allow us flexibility in sourcing capital based on a project's requirements.
